Today we took the bus to Alexandria, it was about a 3 hour drive. We stopped at a truck stop on the way for a "technical stop." We got to Alexandria and checked into the Mercure Hotel. After lunch, we went to the mall that was nearby. In the afternoon we went to the Montazah Gardens, the public gardens of the private residence of the Sultan of Oman.
